It all stated with a phone call from Steve Smith, survivor of the MK Ultra program in Ontario jails during the 70s. He only stayed 8 months in this psychological torture camp, but the scars are still deep 20 years later.

One of his cellmates, repeat, cell mates, later became a mercenary and was reported dead in Angola. Another jail companion was Clifford Olsen, Canada's own famous serial killer.
